Human Capital is hiring for a Product Manager on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical client. This role is ideal for professionals who can take ownership of product portfolios and drive strategic growth across key therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end product strategies

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor landscape

Lead brand positioning and growth initiatives

Manage product lifecycle including forecasting and budgeting

Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns

Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Regulatory teams

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

Strong grip on brand and product lifecycle management

Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making ability

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience: 4–5 years in pharma sales & marketing

Education: Pharm-D / MBA (Marketing preferred)
