Project Manager Social Media

Karachi, Pakistan

We’re hiring a Social Media Project Manager to run the day‑to‑day engine of our organic and paid social programs. You’ll manage intake → scoping → calendars → production → approvals → publishing → reporting. You’ll coordinate creatives, copy, video, paid media, and client stakeholders to deliver on‑time, on‑brand, and on‑budget campaigns.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Intake & Scoping: Turn briefs into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables with acceptance criteria and success metrics.
  • Planning: Build monthly/quarterly roadmaps, content calendars, shot lists, and campaign runbooks; maintain RACI and SLAs.
  • Resource & Capacity: Own resourcing plans across design/copy/video/community; balance workloads and manage dependencies.
  • Project Execution: Run stand‑ups, sprint planning, and reviews; track tickets/tasks; unblock teams; keep projects green.
  • Creative Ops: Manage the asset pipeline (concept → draft → revisions → final), naming conventions, version control, and brand guidelines.
  • QA & Publishing: Enforce checklists for copy/spelling, compliance, UTMs, tags, thumbnails, dimensions, captions, subtitles; schedule via suites.
  • Cross‑Channel Coordination: Align organic, paid, influencer, and email activities into cohesive launches.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Lead status calls, share recaps/MoMs, manage approvals, and set expectations.
  • Risk & Crisis: Maintain escalation matrices, moderation playbooks, and on‑call rotas for high‑risk periods/live events.
  • Reporting: Compile weekly/monthly reports with insights from platform analytics + GA4; track KPIs and action items.
  • Process Improvement: Create SOPs/templatized briefs, optimize workflows, and document learnings.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years managing social/content projects (multi‑brand, multi‑platform), ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong command of social workflows (Reels/Shorts, carousels, stories, LinkedIn long‑form), approvals, and publishing.
  • Excellent communication—runs efficient meetings, writes crisp briefs, clear MoMs, and confident client updates.
  • Familiar with GA4, UTMs, Meta Business Suite/TikTok/LinkedIn schedulers; can read dashboards and translate to actions.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (ClickUp/Jira/Asana/Notion), Gantt/roadmaps, and capacity planning in Sheets.
  • Detail‑obsessed QA mindset; comfortable owning deadlines and quality.
  • English fluency; regional context (Pakistan/GCC) awareness.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • PMP/Prince2/Scrum certification or formal PM training.
  • Experience coordinating paid + organic + influencer programs.
  • Figma/Canva familiarity; basic edit review in Frame.io/CapCut/Premiere.
  • SEO/content operations basics; WordPress/Webflow familiarity.
  • LinkedIn company page + founder‑brand ghostwriting coordination.
  • Urdu/Arabic language skills.

KPIs You’ll Own

  • On‑time delivery rate & schedule variance
  • Revision cycles per asset & first‑time‑right rate
  • Calendar adherence (planned vs published)
  • SLA response times for comments/DMs/approvals
  • Launch readiness (QA pass rates, link/UTM correctness)
  • Stakeholder satisfaction (CSAT) and churn risk flags

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
