Project Manager – Web & Mobile Applications

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of our web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management methodologies, a clear understanding of software development lifecycles, and hands-on QA experience in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and track multiple web and mobile projects from initiation to delivery
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, and milestones; manage risks and resolve roadblocks
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders for updates, feedback, and reporting
• Implement and enforce quality standards based on hands-on QA knowledge
• Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Ensure feature completeness, bug tracking, and deployment readiness
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements in delivery flow

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management experience in software/web/mobile environments
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA for production-level applications
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to understand basic technical concepts and translate them to stakeholders

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience working with cross-functional remote teams
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and app release cycles
• Exposure to tools like Postman, BrowserStack, or Playwright for QA purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
