Key Responsibilities

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead our development teams in delivering innovative software projects. You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and motivating members.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, risk management strategies, and resource allocation to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Track progress using tools like Jira or Asana, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Facilitate communication between development teams, designers, and clients, balancing expectations with technical feasibility.
• Conduct quality assurance, testing, troubleshooting, and integration throughout the project lifecycle to meet high standards.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, workflows, and reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
• Manage client communications and implement mitigation strategies for potential risks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee project closure, including product delivery, outcome documentation, performance evaluation, and handover with user manuals and reviews.

Planning

Define scope, estimate costs/effort, schedule resources, identify risks
Creating timelines for app development cycles

Execution
Lead teams, assign tasks, facilitate meetings, motivate members
Guiding developers through sprints in Agile projects

Monitoring
Track milestones, manage budgets, oversee testing, report progress
Using dashboards to monitor code deployment status

Closure
Deliver products, document outcomes, evaluate performance
Handing over software with user manuals and reviews

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management, ideally within AI, software development, or automation domains.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of software development processes, estimation techniques, and lifecycles.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, automation tools, and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams (coding not required).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (e.g., developers, ML engineers, automation specialists) and multiple projects simultaneously in a remote or onsite environment.
• Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation project lifecycles, from concept to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.

4 years of experience in project management, ideally within AI, software development, or automation domains.

Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements.

Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, automation tools, and software development lifecycles (ability to communicate effectively with technical teams; coding not required).

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both clients and technical teams.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or similar certification.(PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS projects.

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fully remote work environment.
