Job Title: Project Manager / Operations Manager – US Construction Estimation

Location: Faisalabad
Job Type: Full-time on site (6PM to 3AM)
Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 Years

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager / Operations Manager with a strong background in US construction estimation. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in estimation for the US construction industry and a relevant construction-related educational or professional background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day estimation projects related to US construction.
• Review project plans, specifications, and scopes to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the estimation team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage client communication and ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members involved in estimation and project execution.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in US construction estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and cost structures in the US market.
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is mandatory.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with estimation software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, RSMeans) is a plus.
