Project Manager with BA experience – Human Resources

Project manage & Deliver HR and Operations transformation programs and projects that improve efficiency, clarity, and service quality across the organization. The role combines delivery leadership, analytical problem‑solving, and functional business understanding.

Program & Project Management Skills:

1. Own end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple initiatives.

2. Structure programs into clear project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

3. Perform hands‑on analysis on existing operating support models

4. Define and validate business requirements for support functions

5. Ensure business cases and OKRS are created, defined, and tracking real value

Business Analyst Skills:

1. Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements.

2. Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) aligning to revenue outcomes.

3. Analyze front, middle, and back office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion.

4. Work closely with all key stakeholders including business, control, and support to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.

5. Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business realities.

Business & Domain Exposure:

1. Apply understanding of HR, Credit, & OPS

2. Support decision‑making with data, logic, and commercial context.

Experience & Profile:

1. 8+ years banking and transfromation experience with Human Resources Support Function exposure.

2. Experience delivering operational or functional transformation.

3. Strong PM delivery skills plus hands‑on BA capability.

4. Practical, accountable, and solution‑oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR19,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month

  • Doha (Preferred)
