Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (required)
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in procurement, projects, or contract administration, preferably in higher Education or public sector environment.
Contract Administration

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts

Support monitoring of contract timelines and renewals
-
Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts
-
Assist in compliance checks related to contract terms
Project Support
-
Support implementation of procurement-related projects
-
Assist in preparing project scopes, deliverables, and schedules
-
Track progress and provide regular updates to the Head of Section
-
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution
Vendor Coordination
-
Maintain vendor records and assist in monitoring performance.

Support communication with vendors regarding contract terms and deliverables.

Assist in collecting data for vendor evaluations.
Compliance & Reporting

Assist in ensuring adherence to university policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.

Prepare reports and summaries for management review.

Support in audits and reviews of procurement and contract activities.
