Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (required)

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in procurement, projects, or contract administration, preferably in higher Education or public sector environment.

Contract Administration

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts
  • Support monitoring of contract timelines and renewals
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts
  • Assist in compliance checks related to contract terms

Project Support

  • Support implementation of procurement-related projects
  • Assist in preparing project scopes, deliverables, and schedules
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to the Head of Section
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution

Vendor Coordination

  • Maintain vendor records and assist in monitoring performance.
  • Support communication with vendors regarding contract terms and deliverables.
  • Assist in collecting data for vendor evaluations.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist in ensuring adherence to university policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
  • Support in audits and reviews of procurement and contract activities.

Other Duties : Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
