Project Outdoor Executive ( Brooer metal industries)

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Outdoor Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, and achieving sales targets. This position involves outdoor sales activities, frequent travel within the assigned territory, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the UAE.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and industry events.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Provide consultative sales support, demonstrating value-added services.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years sales experience is mandatory (preferably in Metal industries).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).
