Project Procurement Manager (External) – Siemens Energy, Cairo Egypt

As a Project Procurement Manager at Siemens Energy, you will target experienced procurement professionals with a strong background in project management and contract negotiations. You will engage in meaningful projects that contribute to the success of our global energy initiatives, ensuring the efficient supply of materials while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Represent Procurement in the Project Management Team as Sub-project Manager Procurement.
• Identify optimal suppliers and solutions to meet project demands and commodity strategies.
• Oversee and monitor all Procurement and Purchasing activities within projects.
• Implement globally defined methods and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Conduct commodity kick-off meetings and develop negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal customers to ensure their needs are met.
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• 5-7 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or project management.
• Proven ability to represent procurement in international teams and manage supplier relationships.
• Expertise in supplier qualification, evaluation, and negotiation processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and experience with contract negotiations and claim management.
• Strong capability to develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to project requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, with knowledge of commercial and legal aspects.
