Project Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with experience in water infrastructure and distribution networks.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering background (B.E/B.Tech)
• 3–4 years' experience in similar projects
• Experience in cost management, tenders, BOQs, variation claims, and contract administration
• Ability to read IFC and shop drawings
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and subcontract agreements
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), AutoCAD/Bluebeam, and ERP is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs for pipelines, chambers, valves, GRP/D.I works
• Handle pre- and post-contract activities
• Prepare cost estimates, payment certificates, and support variations & claims
• Coordinate with PM, site teams, and procurement
• Monitor project costs and payment terms
• should be able to certified subcontractor payment application
