Post Contract Quantity Surveyor

We are a reputable civil construction company seeking an experienced Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cost control, contracts, and commercial aspects of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and evaluation of bills of quantities (BOQs)
• Cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
• Measurement and valuation of works
• Preparation and certification of interim and final payments
• Managing subcontractor accounts and variations
• Contract administration and claims management
• Liaising with site teams, consultants, and clients

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQs, and cost management
• Proficiency in measurement and valuation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
