Job Description

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE
• Strong experience in concrete, blockwork, and finishing works
• Coordinate between civil, mechanical, and electrical works
• Monitor the project schedule and ensure all works comply with approved drawings and specifications
• Deal with the consultant and respond to technical comments
• Prepare daily site reports and follow up with workers and subcontractors
• Solve daily site issues and ensure work quality
• Raise material requests and coordinate with procurement
• Review drawings and ensure compliance; assist in preparing all technical submittals
• Submit SIR/WIR/MR for work and material approvals.
