Project Sales Engineer (MEP)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Project Sales Engineer (MEP) with 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP projects, insulation, and project sales along with at least 1 year in inside sales. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a UAE driving license are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of HVAC, insulation, and MEP project solutions.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Handle project sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Prepare sales reports and market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ UAE experience in HVAC/MEP/insulation project sales.
• 1 year inside sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC, MEP and Insulation project: 3 years (Required)
• Project sales: 3 years (Required)
• Inside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
