We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to support business development and project sales in the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.⸻
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and convert project sales leads in Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, contractors, system integrators, and OEMs
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award
* Understand client requirements and provide techno-commercial solutions
* Handle tendering, estimation support, and proposal submissions* Review tender documents, scope of work, drawings, and specifications
* Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements
* Prepare BOQ and BOS
* Ensure scope compliance and identify deviations
* Prepare technical queries (TQs) and coordinate clarifications with clients
* Support estimation and cost preparation for project proposals
* Coordinate with internal engineering and execution teams for successful project delivery
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Project Sales within Oil & Gas / Industrial sectors
* Strong existing network and relationships in the industry
* Knowledge of project execution, installation, and commissioning works* Basic knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical / Telecom / Instrumentation /Fabrication disciplines
* Experience in pre-qualification and tendering processes
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets
* Willing to attend outdoor client meetings, site visits, industry events, and networking activities
