We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to generate project-based sales opportunities in the façade industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key stakeholders such as architects, façade consultants, builders, contractors, and project management consultants (PMCs) to promote technical façade solutions. This role involves end-to-end project sales management including lead generation, project tracking, technical promotion, order closing, and ensuring post-sales satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert project-based leads in the façade industry.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and PMCs.
  • Promote façade products through technical presentations and client meetings.
  • Track ongoing and upcoming projects; prepare and follow up on proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution.
  • Collect market insights and competitor data to support sales strategy.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the façade or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Strong industry network and relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client and site visits.
