Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and highly organized Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring their own client network, manage the full sales cycle, and play a key role in developing MBT’s project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, follow up on submitted quotations, and work proactively to close orders.
  • Build and manage client relationships across contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Develop new business opportunities .
  • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
  • Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in related fields
  • Experience in field sales (project sales)
  • Strong ability to understand quotations, technical details, and project requirements.
  • Proven track record of generating business and closing projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.
