Project sales executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Sales Executive to manage project-based sales for our lighting solutions in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling projects from the specification stage to order execution while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop lighting projects across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors in Kuwait
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, MEP contractors, and project owners
• Handle project specifications, BOQs, submittals, quotations, and negotiations
• Follow up on projects from design/specification stage until order confirmation
• Coordinate with internal design, technical, and logistics teams for smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits and client meetings as required
• Maintain and update sales pipeline and submit regular reports to management
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in project sales within the lighting or electrical industry in Kuwait
• Strong understanding of the Kuwait construction and project market
• Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and project-based clients
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings and lighting specifications
• Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory)
