What Will Your Day Look Like?

The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and analyzing market competition to identify business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, along with a solid understanding of sales principles and FMCG industry experience. The role plays a key part in supporting the implementation of indirect retail visibility strategies, enhancements, and execution plans to enable SFP markets to deliver best-in-class consumer experience and commercial performance.

You will work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager and coordinate with market teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives, optimize retail visibility, and enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels.


How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to support data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate multi-category marketing campaigns across indirect retail channels, ensuring effective execution of visibility solutions aligned with campaign cycles.
  • Work closely with the brand marketing team to support content development for new deployments and initiatives.
  • Maintain visibility mapping and tracking tools in collaboration with markets, supporting the brand communication and visibility calendar.
  • Support event execution, including coordination of designs, materials, setups, and alignment with market requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth communication with suppliers.
  • Track ongoing activities and ensure timely execution and closure of deliverables.
  • Manage the Quote-to-PO process in coordination with markets and procurement teams.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in marketing principles, consumer behavior, and business strategy.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, or sales promotions, with proven exposure to retail execution and campaign management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, brand marketing, procurement, and external partners such as retailers and distributors.
