Project Supervisor & CAD Designer

We're Hiring: CAD Operator / Project supervisor / Paris Ceramics

· Full-time -- 5 Years’ experience in CAD Design/ construction project supervision

Paris Ceramics, a leader in bespoke flooring and architectural stone, is looking for a detail-oriented and design-savvy CAD operator / Project supervisor to join our team.

· In this role, you'll be the critical link between our sales team and our clients

· Create and revise detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings.

· Interpret sketches, specs, and technical documents Work closely with production and project teams

· Maintain organized drawing records and revisions supporting high-end residential

· Manage projects from initial concept through to production.

· You'll work closely with designers, architects, and contractors to review drawings, refine plan details, and ensure each project meets our exacting standards of craftsmanship and delivery.

What You'll Do:

· Create and revise detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings. Interpret sketches, specs, and technical documents Work closely with production and Sales team

· Maintain organized drawing records and revisions

· Coordinate plan details and approvals with clients and internal teams

· Manage timelines, materials, and communication across multiple projects

· Ensure the accuracy and clarity of project documentation

· Proactive problem-solve to keep projects moving forward smoothly

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of professional CAD experience

· Strong experience in CAD Design

· CAD drafting experience in a production or fabrication environment.

· Proficient in AutoCAD (additional CAD platforms a plus)

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication workflows

What You Bring:

· Collaboration with salespeople to interpret design intent and produce/review technical drawings

· Background in design, architecture, construction, or similar field

· Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

· Experience working with high-end materials or custom fabrication (a plus)

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
