Project Technical Assistant – Interior Fitout

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Assistant - Fitout with hands-on experience in site execution, technical coordination, and project sequencing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager and site team in the day-to-day execution of high-end interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site supervision and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams.
• Review and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure project sequence and milestones are followed as per the approved project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor material deliveries, usage, and ensure timely availability on-site.
• Support in quality checks, snag list preparation, and handover documentation.
• Liaise with design and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy in execution.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
