The Executive Mandate:
Ferrometalca LLC is appointing a Projects Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our portfolio of large-scale industrial and structural projects in Nizwa. This is a senior executive role requiring a professional who can navigate complex engineering lifecycles while maintaining strict financial and safety governance. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multi-million Rial projects that are foundational to our regional growth.

Strategic Leadership & Scope:

• Project Governance: Establish and enforce the project management framework, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to international quality standards.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the total project P&L, including high-level cost estimation, resource allocation, and contract negotiations with key suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the board of directors, government authorities in Al Dakhiliyah, and major industrial partners.
• Risk & Safety Compliance: Lead the organization’s commitment to Omani health and safety regulations, ensuring zero-incident environments across all active project sites.

Professional Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong background in heavy industry, metal fabrication, or large-scale civil infrastructure.
• PMP or Chartered Engineer status is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the Omani regulatory landscape and the Royal Decree-governed labor laws.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of managing high-value capital projects.

• Fixed Monthly Salary: OMR 4,500.
