Projects Manager

We are hiring Projects Manager for our esteemed client in KSA.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferably with experience in industrial projects.
• At least 6 years of practical experience in managing industrial or construction projects.

Skills:

• Effective reporting, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel between project sites in different cities.
• Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Attention to detail and meticulous follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparing preliminary studies and designs for development and construction projects.
• Preparing technical specifications, tender documents, and requests for proposals from engineering firms and contractors.
• Evaluating technical and financial bids and selecting the most suitable one in coordination with management.
• Supervising design and implementation works and ensuring their compliance with approved specifications and standards.
• Monitoring project schedules, cost control, and quality of execution.
• Continuous coordination with other departments (production, maintenance, procurement, and safety) to ensure seamless implementation.
• Preparing periodic reports for management on project progress and technical observations.
• Reviewing and approving execution plans, quantities, and payment certificates.
• Supervising periodic maintenance and development work in factories, warehouses, and silos.
• Complying with building codes and municipal, industrial, and environmental regulations.
• Good knowledge of local building codes and regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and project management (MS, Revit, AutoCAD, Project, Primavera).

Pay: Rs746,000.00 - Rs820,000.00 per month
