We are hiring Projects Manager for our esteemed client in KSA.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferably with experience in industrial projects.
- At least 6 years of practical experience in managing industrial or construction projects.
Skills:
- Effective reporting, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel between project sites in different cities.
- Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Attention to detail and meticulous follow-up.
- Excellent communication skills with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing preliminary studies and designs for development and construction projects.
- Preparing technical specifications, tender documents, and requests for proposals from engineering firms and contractors.
- Evaluating technical and financial bids and selecting the most suitable one in coordination with management.
- Supervising design and implementation works and ensuring their compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Monitoring project schedules, cost control, and quality of execution.
- Continuous coordination with other departments (production, maintenance, procurement, and safety) to ensure seamless implementation.
- Preparing periodic reports for management on project progress and technical observations.
- Reviewing and approving execution plans, quantities, and payment certificates.
- Supervising periodic maintenance and development work in factories, warehouses, and silos.
- Complying with building codes and municipal, industrial, and environmental regulations.
- Good knowledge of local building codes and regulations and industrial safety standards.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and project management (MS, Revit, AutoCAD, Project, Primavera).
