Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Projects & Operations Manager to oversee the execution of multiple renovation, fitout, pool, and landscape projects across Dubai. The role requires strong site management capabilities, hands-on leadership, and the ability to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will act as the bridge between on-ground site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and the wider management team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Site Management

* Supervise day-to-day on-ground operations for all running projects (indoor & outdoor works).

* Monitor progress, enforce timelines, and ensure adherence to project plans.

* Oversee quality control, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

* Lead site supervisors, foremen, and workers to drive efficiency and accountability.

* Maintain effective communication between design, procurement, and client-facing teams.

* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Quality & Inspection

* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship and finishing quality.

* Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays or rework.

* Ensure snagging and handover processes are completed smoothly.

Operational Efficiency

* Track project budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency.

* Implement standard operating procedures for site execution.

* Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

* 5+ years of experience in operations/project management within *Renovations, Fitout & Joinery, Pools & Landscape*.

* Proven track record of handling multiple concurrent projects in Dubai/UAE.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing standards, and MEP coordination.

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

* Valid UAE driving license.
