Responsibilities
- Management and saving the Property deeds to the company's websites and related tasks (extracting deeds, updating, merging, modifying).
- Managing and updating the property system with everything related to the company's real estate.
- Preserving real estate from encroachments and coordinating with the legal department on land issues.
- Follow-up the expropriation of the company's real estate and the required evacuation and exclusions for the company's administrative sites.
- Ensure alignment with fixed assets management in all matters related to the company's real estate.
- Prepare policies and procedures for real estate saving.
Qualifications
- Years Of Experience: 5 and above years of experience.
- Nature Of Experience: Prior experience in managing real estate development and investment management for a large organization of similar size and scale, preferably within the KSA region.
- Job Band: Sr. Professional.
- Skills: Knowledge of local and regional trends and developments in real estate; knowledge of financial modelling and economic analysis; knowledge of KSA investment rules and regulations; critical thinking and analytical ability; problem solving and innovation; organizational skills.
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance; Masters Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Certifications: Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments; Certified Property Manager (CPM).
