Role overview:

We are seeking a commission-based Property Agent focused on luxury sales and leasing across Dubai. This role is designed for a self-motivated, results-driven professional whose income directly reflects their effort and performance.

You will work across key Dubai areas and luxury developments, advising UHNW and expat clientele on prime residential opportunities. Supported by our technology platform and brand presence, you will be responsible for building your pipeline, closing transactions, and growing your client base.

Role Responsibilities

· Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities across Dubai

· Advise clients on luxury properties in key areas and developments

· Build and maintain relationships with UHNW and expat buyers, tenants, landlords, and investors

· Conduct property viewings and negotiations

· Manage listings, pricing strategy, and transaction processes

· Utilise proprietary technology for lead management and deal tracking

· Maintain an organised sales pipeline and follow-up system

· Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new developments

· Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and brokerage standards

Requirements

· 2+ years Dubai real estate experience

· RERA certified

· Strong knowledge of key Dubai areas and luxury developments

· Comfortable working with UHNW and expat clientele

· Fluent English

· Proven ability to manage deals from enquiry to closing
