Real Estate Agent-Team Lead

Position Summary

The Real Estate Team Lead is responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring agents, and overseeing daily team operations within the brokerage. This role combines strong sales production with leadership responsibilities, ensuring team members meet performance goals while maintaining high client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new agents
  • Provide guidance on contracts, negotiations, and complex transactions
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Sales & Business Development

  • Set and monitor team sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase listings and closings
  • Support agents in securing high-value listings
  • Participate in key client meetings and negotiations when necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and referral partners

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and brokerage policies
  • Review contracts and transaction documentation for accuracy
  • Monitor pipeline activity and deal progression
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and administrative teams

Market Expertise

  • Stay informed on local market trends and pricing
  • Provide agents with updated market insights and competitive analysis
  • Advise on pricing strategies and marketing plans

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License (Broker or Senior Agent level preferred)
  • 5+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
