We are a fast growing company looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to take care of the day-to-day operations of our properties.

Job Description

We are seeking a hands on PROPERTY CARE EXECUTIVE to take ownership of our properties and ensure properties are always guest-ready and maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and book cleaners for check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs professionally.
• Prepare and submit onboarding and inspection reports.
• Monitor and follow up on property maintenance requirements.
• Unpack, assemble, and fix furniture/small items when needed.
• Ensure properties are always guest-ready and maintained to high standards.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (must).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of PC programs (MS Office, basic reporting tools, email).
• Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local area.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-focused.
• Previous experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Flexible and able to manage tasks independently.
