Role Overview:

VidaBricks Properties is seeking a motivated and results oriented Property Consultant Off-Plan to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on connecting clients with off-plan developments, guiding both investors and end users through the purchasing process, and capitalizing on sales opportunities in Dubai’s fast growing real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

◦ Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering guidance on suitable off-plan properties.

◦ Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities in Dubai’s real estate sector.

◦ Provide in-depth consultations on off-plan projects, covering pricing, payment plans, developer reputation, and ROI analysis.

◦ Generate and manage leads.

◦ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

◦ Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events

Requirements:

◦ Proven sales experience (off-plan real estate experience) minimum 6months

◦ Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations.

◦ Excellent communication in English and negotiation skills.

◦ Self-motivated, energetic, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive market.
