Property Consultant – Real Estate (Dubai)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant with minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle clients, close deals, and focus mainly on off-plan and ready properties.

Responsibilities

• Handle buyer and investor inquiries
• Present off-plan and ready property options
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Languages: Arabic or English required (other is a plus)
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Dubai property market
