Property Consultant – Secondary Market

Location: Dubai Marina, Dubai, UAE

We're currently seeking Secondary Market Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

Your Role:

As a Secondary Market Property Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for secondary market properties, from sourcing listings to closing deals with end-users.

Responsibilities:

-List and manage resale properties across Dubai

-Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords

-Conduct property viewings and negotiations

-Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies

-Manage CRM updates and client follow-ups

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market (Minimum 6 months)

✔ Strong ability to source listings and close deals independently

✔ Excellent negotiation and communication skills

✔ Familiarity with all Dubai freehold communities

✔ Familiarity with listings portals

✔ Fluent in English (extra languages like Russian, Italian, Spanish, etc., are a plus)

✔ Driving license and own car are a bonus
