Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Property Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an on-site role. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing clients' property needs, offering professional investment advice, and guiding clients through the buying, renting, or selling process. Your role will also involve fostering relationships with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, maintaining market knowledge, and contributing to the company’s sales and leasing goals. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction will be a key focus.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with knowledge of local property markets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships
• Proven ability in Sales with negotiation and closing deals
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the real estate sector is preferred
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, especially Arabic and English
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
