Property Consultant

Property Consultant

A Property Consultant is responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate, while delivering a high level of service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
  • Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable property options
  • Conduct property viewings and present projects in a professional manner
  • Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and developers
  • Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new developments
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Presentable, confident, and client-focused
  • Knowledge of the real estate market (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
