Job Title: Property Consultant – Leasing

Job Summary:
The Property Consultant – Leasing is responsible for handling all leasing activities, from managing inquiries and conducting property viewings to preparing tenancy contracts and ensuring smooth move-ins. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring properties are leased efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing inquiries from prospective tenants through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Understand tenant requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring units are presentable.
• Handle negotiations between tenants and property owners.
• Prepare tenancy contracts, addendums, and other required leasing documents.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and the property management team for approvals, payments, and move-in procedures.
• Maintain an updated listing of available units and ensure all property details are accurate.
• Monitor renewals, lease expiries, and follow up with tenants for retention.
• Stay updated on market rental rates and competitor offerings.
• Support marketing activities, including posting property listings and assisting with advertising when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in leasing within the UAE real estate market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of RERA regulations, tenancy rules, and local leasing procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at once.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, property listing portals).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license and having own car (required).
• Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet leasing targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
