To specialize in the sale of primary market and off-plan properties by representing top developers, promoting new launches, guiding clients through investment options, and closing deals efficiently. The Property Consultant will act as a key point of contact between developers and potential buyers, ensuring a smooth and professional sales journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell off-plan and primary market properties from local and international developers.
- Stay updated on the latest project launches, payment plans, and offers from major developers in Dubai and abroad.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, investment goals, and budget.
- Conduct property presentations and project briefings to prospects, including in-person, virtual, and event-based engagements.
- Guide clients throughout the full sales process, from initial consultation to booking, documentation, and handover coordination.
- Attend official project launches, roadshows, and events to generate leads and represent the company professionally.
- Coordinate with developers to request availability, hold units, arrange DLD forms, and track project documentation.
- Attend official project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and company stands, representing the company and its exclusive offerings professionally.
- Work closely with the CRM and lead owner teams to manage, follow up, and convert assigned leads in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal sales processes.
- Coordinate with developers to request availability, hold units, arrange DLD forms, and track project documentation.
- Provide regular feedback to management on client objections, market response, and developer issues.
- Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary.
- RERA qualification is a must
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, preferably in Off Plan market.
- Deep understanding of off-plan sales cycle, payment plans, and project documentation.
