We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, loves working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll help clients find their perfect home, guide them through the buying or selling process, and represent our brand with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish- and English-speaking clients in buying or selling properties.
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and client consultations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property values.
- Market listings using CRM systems, social media, and other platforms.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support at every stage.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and listing platforms preferred.
- Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus.
