THE ROLE Direct the financial operations for a premium real estate portfolio in Lusail. You will be responsible for fiscal oversight, maximizing asset yields, and ensuring seamless financial reporting for our Marina District operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Oversight: Manage property budgets, P&L statements, and CAPEX planning.
• Revenue Management: Oversee rent collections, service charges, and lease financial analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed fiscal reports and cash flow forecasts for stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities align with Qatari real estate and tax regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Seniority: 8+ years of finance experience, specifically within property services or real estate.
• Education: Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Expertise: Proficiency in property management software and advanced Excel data modeling.
• Communication: Professional English fluency for international reporting and coordination.

Pay: QAR33,000.00 per month
