Property Management Bookkeeper

Overview APPLICANT MUST BE BILINGUAL AND LIVE IN FLORIDA
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of property management functions, including financial oversight and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and a thorough understanding of property management processes, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

We need a bilingual organized motivated individual to watch over a portfolio of homes and mortgages who lives in or within 100 miles of Ocala Florida. Applicant must have real estate knowledge This is a remote position which is entirely accomplished by phone and computer. There are no maintenance calls to deal with at all. A legal background would be very helpful, as we do our own evictions and contracts etc. Accounting and bookkeeping skills are a must , as well as having the ability to deal with people in a stern and professional manner. This job is salaried however commissions are available with sales and leasing. Raises based upon performance Real Estate license not necessary but can be helpful.
