Property Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing property value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance of assigned properties including financial operational and administrative aspects
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety health and building codes
• Handle tenant inquiries complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payment of all expenses
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and ensure quality services are provided at competitive prices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants vendors and other stakeholders
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior management
• Stay updated on market trends and competition to make strategic recommendations for property improvements and enhancements
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
• Manage property budgets and ensure expenses are within approved limits
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Train supervise and evaluate property staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration Real Estate Management or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Residential Commercial Retail Warehouses and shopping malls is preferred
• Strong knowledge of property management principles practices and legal requirements
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
