As one of Dubai's most trusted and reputable real estate agencies, haus & haus is known for delivering excellent service to both landlords and tenants. Our Property Management division plays a key role in that, and we're now looking for a Property Manager to help us grow the portfolio while maintaining the high standards we're known for.


You'll be working in a collaborative, people-first team that values communication, consistency and initiative. With in-haus training, systems support and access to a wide property network, you'll have the tools to manage your portfolio with confidence — and the backing of colleagues who genuinely work well together.


This is a client-facing role with plenty of variety, responsibility and room to grow. If you're organised, proactive and confident working with people, we'd love to hear from you.


Role Requirements


Portfolio Growth


  • Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties through proactive business development.
  • Convert leads using clear, confident communication with landlords.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Leasing teams for internal referrals.
  • Keep a pipeline of prospective clients to support consistent growth.


Ongoing Property Management


  • Act as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants.
  • Manage the tenant move-in and move-out process.
  • Handle maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors.
  • Resolve issues quickly while keeping all parties informed.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date property records.


Performance and Client Experience

  • Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets.
  • Deliver great service to landlords and tenants.
  • Contribute to positive Google reviews and company KPIs.
  • Use initiative to anticipate and solve client issues.


Other Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies and uphold service standards.
  • Support additional duties as required by your manager.


What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales, client relationship or property role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Experience working in a commission-based, target-driven environment.
  • A valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong time management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (Reapit preferred).
  • A proactive, professional and collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).
