Business Development-Male and Female

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development to join our team at The Good Doctor by Nurseco Home Healthcare. This is an immediate joining opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented candidate who can drive growth and build strong client relationships in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through our healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business leads and partnership opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and referral sources
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service excellence
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or service industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• A valid UAE driving license is required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
