Property Manager at Mahogany - Holiday Home

Our company:

Mahogany is a holiday home company established in December 2024. We operate under a subleasing and Property Management model and currently manage 25+ apartments. We are now looking to hire our next Property Manager.

Key reponsibilities:

As a Property Manager, you will oversee the entire guest journey: from handling booking enquiries and welcoming guests, to assisting them during their stay and managing check-outs while ensuring the property’s condition.

This is a 360° role with diverse responsibilities and strong autonomy. You will play a key part in delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for every guests.

More precisely, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to customer inquiries on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com).
  • Welcoming guests during check-in and ensuring a smooth arrival experience when necessary.
  • Conducting inventory checks during check-in and check-out to ensure property readiness.
  • Verifying that each property is clean, well-stocked, and prepared for new guests post-cleaning.
  • Coordinating with our partners including maintenance or cleaning to address any issues as they arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guests interactions and property conditions.
  • Assisting in the implementation of operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.

Technical Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, will be appreciated.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

  • Hospitality industry: 2 years (Preferred)
