Property Relationship Officer

We are hiring young, energetic, and confident professionals to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

Your role is to connect with potential buyers and investors through calls and WhatsApp, understand their needs, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential clients
• Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Understand buyer and investor requirements
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for agents
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Achieve daily targets for calls, leads, and meetings

Requirements

• Previous calling, telesales, or customer service experience preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Good command of English
• Hindi / Urdu / Arabic is a strong advantage
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Must be available in Dubai
• Own visa is a plus but not mandatory
