Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, promoting property listings, and closing sales transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information and market insights
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and property owners
  • Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal regulations in the UAE real estate sector
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support listing promotion and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • RERA or equivalent real estate certification is a plus
