Property Sales Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, driven, and passionate about helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. You will guide clients through every step of the real estate process while providing expert advice and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings
  • Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
  • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers
  • Provide market analyses and advice on pricing
  • Coordinate with lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and local market trends
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads and follow up with clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or relevant sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

  • Commission-based
