Job Purpose
Active involvement in Business Development activities and tendering works in alignment with Enova values, from Request to Proposal (RFP) to submission stage, post tender works, Preparation of techno-commercial proposals, as directed by the line manager per Enova’s needs while ensuring the best interests of the organization are met.
Key Accountabilities

Working closely with the Proposals Manager, candidate should have strong experience working on large scale tender submission works; experience in FM industry is an advantage

Proactive attitude towards effective Proposal preparation works from RFP stage through to successful submissions, while maintaining Quality & Accuracy

Clear understanding of Submission requirements; ensure timelines are met in accordance with Bid Management schedules

Study RFPs in detail, capable of preparing proposals.

Undertake relevant tender administrative tasks for effective submissions.

Support on the resolution of any technical or commercial issues raised by the team in a bid management process and escalate any complex issue to the line manager, in order to ensure the issues are resolved timely and using the right approach.

Maintain the Library and Tools (Templates, Certificates, Manuals, Datasheets) in Enova central database and electronic libraries, in co-ordination with relevant departments.

Ensure the timeline of the tender submission is respected, arrange required logistics to ensure timely delivery of tender submissions.

Evaluate subcontractors’ proposals in terms of compliance with tender requirements, preparation of relevant technical submission contents to be incorporated into Enova submissions.

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner compliant to Enova policies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

Maintain confidentiality of client data and information and commercial aspects of proposals in order to ensure safeguarding the integrity of such data and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

Engineering degree (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or any Engineering courses)

5+ years of experience in Tendering works for projects. (Bids and Proposals)

Experience in FM and/or Energy Management is an advantage
-
Experience in proposal writing of energy optimization and facility management solutions is preferred.

Strong Reading, Writing, Typing skills

Well versed on MS Office, Visio and other digital tools.

Technical knowledge in MEP/LV/ELV systems

Team working skills, planning and organizing skills, stress management skills and task prioritizing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, with self-motivation and multi-tasking behavior.

Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral.
