Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Manager to lead and manage the proposal development process from start to finish. The role involves coordinating across departments, preparing high-quality proposals, and ensuring timely submissions that align with client requirements and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete proposal lifecycle, from initial request to submission.
• Review RFQs and project documentation for scope clarity, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Develop, write, and edit professional proposals that highlight company strengths.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and organizational standards.
• Track proposal progress, maintain documentation, and update records.
• Assist in post-submission activities including clarifications and presentations.
• Continuously improve proposal processes, templates, and best practices.
• Conduct detailed engineering estimations and cost analysis across multiple disciplines.
• Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and engineering drawings for proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors to align project objectives.
• Develop subcontracting strategies and structure proposals for maximum competitiveness.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable contract terms.
• Ensure proposals are submitted within deadlines while meeting quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in proposal/tender/bid management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and document management tools.
