Proposal Writing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Proposal Writing Specialist to develop high-quality proposals, bids, and technical documents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling, client-focused proposals that align with organizational goals and increase win rates in competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Research, analyze, and understand client requirements (RFPs)

· Write, edit, and format clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals

· Collaborate with technical, sales, and management teams to gather inputs

· Develop proposal strategies, win themes, and value propositions

· Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and compliance standards

· Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and past submissions

· Customize content for different industries and clients

· Review and proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· 2–4 years’ experience in business development or proposal writing

· Strong professional writing and editing skills

· Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders

· Ability to structure pricing narratives and value propositions

· Excellent organizational and deadline management skills

· Proficiency in MS Office, power point and excel.
