Job Summary:

To support the preparation of technical proposals, cost estimations, and tender documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements
• Support in cost estimation, BOQs, and quantity take-offs
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams for inputs
• Prepare RFQs and follow up with vendors for quotations
• Compile and organize bid documentation and submissions
• Maintain records of proposals, pricing, and project data
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
• Assist in post-bid clarifications and technical queries

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or relevant field)
• Experienced will also be encouraged to apply (Females Preferred)
