Sales Specialist

Job Type: Night Shift (6pm to 3am), On-site

Salary: Basic + Commission

Job Description:

Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (not a call center) situated in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. We are currently looking for motivated individuals for the position of Inside Sales Specialist with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent English communication skills, a strong interest in sales, and the drive to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with prospective customers across the USA via outbound phone calls and emails to grow and maintain business relationships.
• Proactively hunt for new opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers via phone and email to foster profitable relationships.
• Work with technology partners to provide accurate price quotations based on customer requirements.
• Track all sales activities in the CRM system and keep account information updated.
• Achieve assigned quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Sales Manager and Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively at all levels within the organization.
• Willingness to work night shift.

Preferred Skills:

MS Office, CRM Handling, B2B Business Development, Business Development Strategies, Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
