Proposals Manager (Process /Pipeline)

We are seeking a Manager Proposal to supervise, prepare, and update proposals/bids for engineering design projects (Basic Engineering / FEED / Detailed Engineering), ensuring technical soundness, financial viability, and compliance with client requirements, market trends, and management directives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop bid and execution strategies in consultation with the Head of Proposals.
• Lead proposal/bid preparation with structured, cost-effective technical and commercial considerations.
• Identify potential risks and recommend safeguards to minimise exposure.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and QHSE standards.
• Provide strong leadership by setting objectives, managing performance, and developing staff.

Requirements:

• BSc in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
• 9 to 15 years of experience in Engineering Design (Piping & Process discipline essential).
• Expertise in proposals, bids, and cost estimation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and related tools.
